    My name is Julie Raymond. I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast, gymnast form the age of 5, retired police officer, CrossFit Level 2 coach, former gym owner and now full-time on-line fitness & nutrition coach for women mid-life and on who want to be free from menopausal symptoms, lose fat and gain sexy muscle.  And, mom of 2. I have a B.S. is sociology /criminal justice and led the physical training for my police academy class. I have been a national Ms. Fitness competitor and a Masters CrossFit Regional athlete.
    Through education, and detication, I have overcome numeros obsticals, adversities, struggles and injuries to get to where I am.  Happy, Healthy and Strong.  My goal now is to short cut the process for other women so that they can start defying their age and living their best life ASAP!

    We understand that life can get hectic, especially with a busy schedule. That's why we've designed our fitness program to be efficient and convenient, ensuring that you can easily fit it into your daily routine. Our fitness portion is specifically designed to be 30 minutes or less, allowing you to get a highly effective workout in a short amount of time. With just 3 to 5 sessions per week, you can achieve remarkable results without sacrificing too much of your precious time.  In addition to the workouts, we do recommend setting aside some time for grocery shopping. However, this is something you likely already do as part of your regular routine. We provide guidance on choosing the right ingredients and offer delicious recipes to make meal preparation a breeze.  At Pretty Warrior, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way. Our program is designed to be realistic and manageable, ensuring that you can incorporate it into your busy lifestyle. We believe that taking care of your health and well-being shouldn't be a burden, but rather an empowering journey that fits seamlessly into your everyday life.

    Will I be able to talk to my coach?

    As a Pretty Warrior, you will have exclusive access to personalized support through our in-app messenger where you can directly communicate via messages on a daily basis. The response time is between right away and the end of the day.(24hrs period) For a personalized touch, you'll also have a one-on-one call weekly.  These calls will take place via Zoom, allowing for face-to-face interaction and a deeper level of support.  At Pretty Warrior, we prioritize your success and well-being, and believe in open communication, to ensure you feel supported and empowered throughout your fitness journey.
